                             包头某科技股份公司发展战略咨询
【案例背景】
   包头某科技股份公司成立于2003年。公司主要从事新型稀土永磁材料--高性能钕铁氮磁性材料的研究开发、生产和销售。公司产品开发技术具有自主知识产权、并且领先世界。产品开发技术可以充分发挥我国的稀土资源优势,大大提高稀土资源的附加价值,变稀土大国为稀土强国。公司产品主要有优异的性价比的钕铁氮磁粉、注射磁体颗粒料、钕铁氮注射磁体、钕铁氮柔性磁体以及钕铁氮与铁氧体/钕铁硼的复合磁性材料。自行设计开发了年产110吨的钕铁氮磁粉和注射磁体的生产设备,进口了必要的检测仪器,初步建成了公司的研发中心和生产基地。但是由于重技术、轻市场的经营方式,使公司缺乏整体的发展思路,业务受到了巨大影响。随着市场竞争也日趋激烈,公司在内部管理上存在市场定位不清晰、市场销售能力弱、产品和服务整合能力不强、市场反应缓慢等问题,影响了公司的市场扩张速度。2007年,公司决策层认为必须对公司的整体发展战略及经营策略进行系统地分析与调整,并希望通过战略明晰化达到带动公司走出困境的目的。为此邀请美斌公司进行战略咨询。
