                               关于测量系统分析(MSA)
       MSA是适应激烈市场竞争而诞生的一门新技术,也是质量管理科学家族中的一支新秀。汽车行业16949认证,把它当作强制性要求;六西格玛质量改进它也是一个关键技术;要减少产品检验中的“错判”损失,要避免对过程状态错判,保证质量,提高生产效率;要证实能力,赢得订单;要开展科学试验,增强企业创新能力;一句话,落实八项管理原则——“基于事实的决策”离不开MSA。它是现代工程师和相关管理者应具备的知识和技能。
培训内容
以美国三大汽车公司联合编写的《MSA》第三版为主教材,辅以相关的国家标准(ISO标准的转化)及 Excel 。理论联系实际,深入浅出,统筹应知应会,注重培养解决实际问题的能力。课程内容如下:
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统对过程状态错判导致产品质量和生产  效率不良的后果;
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统对过程能力指数Cp值的影响及其定量判定规则;
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统对产品检验中错判风险及其自动判定(GPC曲线);
●用Excel案例剖析方差分析的含义、作用及实战;
●用Excel案例剖析相关分析和一元线性回归的含义、作用及实战;
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统稳定性的含义、作用及实战;
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统偏倚的含义、作用及实战;
●用Excel案例剖析测量系统线性的含义、作用及实战;
●用Excel案例剖析计量型测量系统%GRR的含义、作用及(极差法)实战(自动快捷);
●用Excel案例剖析计量型测量系统%GRR的含义、作用及( x—R)实战(16949规定模式);
●用Excel案例剖析计量型测量系统%GRR的含义、作用及(ANOVA法)实战(自动快捷);
●用Excel案例剖析计数型测量系统%GRR的含义、作用及实战。
目的:1、理解数据质量是决策(过程评价、产品检验;提高技术创新能力:设计、改进,…)成败的关键;
     2、了解影响数据质量的测量过程(系统)变异的原因;
     3、掌握基本计量型、计数型的测量系统通用的分析、评定方法.
